We’re excited to announce that our Lodge will be hosting a new induction experience designed for already members of the lodge to see how the new inductions will be ran.
This special experience will provide an opportunity to connect, learn, and begin your journey with our Lodge alongside fellow members. We’re looking forward to making this a welcoming and enjoyable occasion for everyone involved.

When is the New Induction Experience?
- New Induction Experience WEEKEND (at Quail Hill Scout Reservation)
- Event Dates: 10/02/2026 – 10/04/2026 FRIDAY to SUNDAY
Advance Registration is Required
- Event Member Fees: This fee includes your lodging, food, and event patch.
- Attendes should arrive at 6PM on Friday Night.
What Do I Need to Bring as an OA Participant?
- Bring a COPY of your BSA Medical Form (Parts A & B) to the event. Any copies left behind will be shredded by the event’s medical officer.
- Please bring basic camping gear and prepare for rain and cool nights.
We will be following all CDC and local guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety at our event. Any questions about the check-in process or protocols can be directed towards the Lodge Adviser
